Description

You will own the integration, monitoring, and deliverability of email communication systems using data technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tools to consume, track, and report on email event outcomes from MarTech platforms.
• Design solutions to improve the email monitoring stack and refine anti-abuse identification rulesets.
• Establish standards for metrics collection, dashboard creation, and real-time alerting mechanisms for email deliverability.
• Manage trend analysis alerts for user activity and email sending patterns to detect harmful behaviors.
• Lead incident response efforts for Email Service Providers (ESPs) to resolve deliverability issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, C#, or Node.js.
• Proven experience setting up and managing integrations using API technologies.
• Strong technical foundation in Managed DNS and email authentication protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email authentication systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining email-related applications.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with bulk and transactional email delivery.
