Description

You will develop and configure FHIR interfaces for UDS data submission within Cerner environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure FHIR interfaces for UDS data submission within Cerner.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to ensure proper data extraction and integration.
  • Gather requirements and develop integration software for effective data exchange.
  • Apply HL7, FHIR, and CDA standards to ensure compliance and interoperability.
  • Maintain seamless integration between systems using Cerner and FHIR protocols.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with FHIR and Cerner EHR platform integration.
  • 2+ years of experience building and configuring RESTful APIs and web services.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Practical knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Lua or Python scripting and programming.
  • Proficiency in Python, HL7, and web services.
