Description

You will manage technical partner integrations, resolve complex operational escalations, and support new merchant onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage integration support tickets to meet SLA response and resolution targets.
• Investigate operational escalations including order failures, address parsing issues, and configuration mismatches.
• Troubleshoot real-time onboarding and integration blockers during partner calls.
• Certify and launch new merchant integrations while updating developer documentation.
• Support the launch of supplemental features, migrations, and international expansions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in API-based integrations or technical partner support.
• Hands-on experience with API troubleshooting, data triage, and configuration changes.
• Experience working directly with external partners in a technical support capacity.
• Proficiency with GitHub and Jira.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Preferred Skills

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience supporting integrations in high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with Drive features and onboarding processes.
