Description

You will design and implement integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications, managing data exchange via synchronous and asynchronous modes. You will lead onsite and offshore development teams through the full lifecycle, translating business requirements into technical specifications while mitigating risks and driving continuous improvement in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems using MuleSoft and Boomi.
• Implement robust security controls including authentication, authorization, encryption, data masking, logging, and monitoring.
• Lead onsite and offshore developers and testers, breaking down complex projects into prioritized tasks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and technical project lifecycles through active risk mitigation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive process improvements across the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration design and implementation.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft and Boomi platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs for data exchange.
• Strong understanding and implementation of security controls (encryption, authentication, data masking).
• Experience leading onsite and offshore development teams.
• Ability to manage technical project lifecycles and mitigate risks effectively.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS).
