Description

You will manage the full integration lifecycle of systems within an agile environment, translating business requirements into enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and develop requirements for the full integration lifecycle.
• Follow architecture governance, methodologies, and compliance activities to maintain regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best practices.
• Participate in Scrum development activities for complex requirements and project tasks.
• Translate business requirements into enterprise solutions and user stories with clear deployment roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Windows or Linux OS.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development processes.
• Proven ability to capture business requirements and streamline complex IT processes.
• Strong technical proficiency in various programming languages.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, architectures, standards, and processes.
• Ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into actionable target requirements.
• Capability to identify, prioritize, and weigh development options against business and cost priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise solution design.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
