Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligent automation solutions using agentic AI and LLM-based capabilities.
• Build and evaluate ML models, including comparative analysis across approaches and datasets.
• Implement and maintain ML pipelines and MLOps workflows using Airflow.
• Integrate and operationalize NLP capabilities such as text summarization, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.
• Ensure production readiness with observability using Grafana and/or Arize, and maintain reliable deployments on AWS.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience developing automation solutions and GenAI/LLM-based systems
• Artificial intelligence and agentic ai for intelligent automation and GenAI workflows
• LLM development experience using hugging face
• Python proficiency with pandas and NumPy
• ML and NLP expertise using Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit learn, plus text summarization, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
• Hands-on AWS experience including RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, Sagemaker, and VPC

Good to Have:

• Middleware experience such as Mulesoft
• Experience with Sagemaker
• Observability experience with Grafana and/or Arize

Education: CS, Engineering, or similar university background
