You design, build, and deploy automation solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA platforms.
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to IT policies, change management, and security standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in automation or software development.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
• Experience with process simulations, solution development, and business analysis.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools (e.g., ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP).
• Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
• Ability to design and implement automation using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Strong analytical thinking to identify automation opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of the banking/financial services industry.
