Description

Design, build, and integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Automation Anywhere and Azure/Google AI services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions aligned with business needs using established RPA platforms.
• Provide root cause analysis, debugging, and support to meet SLAs and ensure operational stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems via REST APIs.
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements, manage change, and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security policies, and risk management practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies.
• Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON, XML, authentication, and error handling.
• Experience with process simulations, automation solution development, or business analysis.
• Ability to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience or knowledge in a banking or financial services industry.
