You will lead the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence, driving business growth through thought leadership and the implementation of AI-led automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from opportunity identification and proactive pitching to solution design and final deployment.
• Anchor responses to RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, including effort estimation, risk identification, and technical documentation.
• Develop best practices, standards, and frameworks for implementing AI-driven automation across various business processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to build advisory PoVs on NLP, vision-based accelerators, and cloud-native services.
• Drive strategic conversations with C-Suite executives and contribute to technical roadmaps, SoWs, and service offerings.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in RPA tools, business process analysis, AI, Gen AI, process consulting, Product Management, and Business Development.
• 3+ years of experience working within an AI or Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Hands-on experience with the complete end-to-end automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to BOT deployment.
• Proven architecture experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Broad knowledge of IPA capabilities including Process Mining, IQ Bot, and AARI.
• Direct experience managing RFPs, RFQs, estimations, and technical documentation.
• Expertise in AI technologies including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI.
• Advanced certification in one or more automation platforms.
