Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance, availability, and health of RPA and GenAI based intelligent bots and automation platforms to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bot failures, system exceptions, and production incidents in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for Bosch internal bot platforms such as Fastlane, DIA Brain, and other automation solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact for RPA-related incidents and service requests while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
- Perform bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, debugging, testing, and production support activities for enterprise automation solutions.
- Support integration of RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems for seamless operations.
- Communicate incident status, risks, and resolution timelines effectively to stakeholders and management teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through timely updates, transparent communication, and professional handling of escalations.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures for automation operations.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams for smooth automation operations.
Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience in RPA development and/or production support with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
