Description

You own the production support, incident management, and operational health of RPA and GenAI-based automation platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bot performance, availability, and health to ensure minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bot failures, and production incidents.
• Perform bot deployment, scheduling, debugging, testing, and release support.
• Manage stakeholder communications, SLA adherence, and professional escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for automation operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development or production support.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360.
• Strong skills in incident management, system integration, and API integration.
• Proficiency in database management and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and third-party systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI-based intelligent bots and platforms like Fastlane or DIA Brain.
• Knowledge of workflow design and professional escalation management.
