Description

You will design user experiences for financial industry products within an agile team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research to identify goals, behaviors, and needs.
• Develop user models and context scenarios to define ideal experiences.
• Define system capabilities, requirements, and interaction patterns.
• Design system structure, information flows, and workflows.
• Test and refine products through evaluative research.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX or interaction design.
• Proven portfolio of shipped digital projects currently in use.
• Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong understanding of web browser mechanics and pixel rendering.
• Ability to balance user desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing eServices for the public sector.
• Coding skills.
