Lead technical initiatives for interface development, configuration, and maintenance in a healthcare environment. Own the migration of Cloverleaf systems and ensure secure, compliant data processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conversion of sites from Cloverleaf 6.2 to 20.1.
• Deploy the Cloverleaf Security Server, managing Intermediate CA, security policies, and certificate generation.
• Execute migrations from SMAT files to SMAT Database, ensuring data encryption at rest.
• Transition from scripted log and SMAT cycling to built-in system processes.
• Support system conversion from AIX to Linux and document deployment methods for Unix servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cloverleaf, specifically using TCL.
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Bridges.
• 5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting, specifically Bash.
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare systems and HL7 processes.
• Proven ability to plan, document, and develop training for server applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment to direct the work of others and accomplish complex goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AIX to Linux migration projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards beyond HL7.
