Description

Design and develop system interfaces for the Medicaid & CHIP Eligibility System, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to technical deliverable approval.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online, real-time, batch, and file transfer system interfaces.
• Implement middleware technologies and common interface components.
• Participate in requirements verification, interface design, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with State and Vendor staff to resolve interface issues and ensure compliance.
• Review technical deliverables as a member of the project technical team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems development experience with an emphasis on interface development.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Natural/ADABAS.
• 2-3 years of experience using webMethods as an ETL tool.
• Strong understanding of system interface architecture best practices.
• Techno-functional background with experience in Integration and APIs.
• Working knowledge of middleware tools for interface design and development.
• Knowledge of Medicaid & CHIP Eligibility System operations and data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
