Responsibilities

• Manage interface operations and various managed file transfer systems.
• Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Document test results, defects, and technical issues for development teams to prioritize.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within managed file transfer systems.
• Collaborate with trading partners, developers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role.
• 5+ years of experience in testing and interface management.
• 5+ years of experience with managed file transfer systems.
• 5+ years of experience with file transfer protocols and encryption standards including FTPS, SFTP, HTTPS, PGP, and AES.
• 5+ years of experience creating and executing test plans and scripts.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues in file transfer environments.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with developers and trading partners.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience setting up interfaces using a managed file transfer system.
