Description

You will provide technical setup and support for MES Managed File Transfers, interfaces, and extracts for the Cardinal Care 2.0 project.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical support for EPS, EDI, and CRMS Trading Partner Testing.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Document test results, defects, and technical issues, collaborating with development teams to prioritize resolutions.
• Coordinate with trading partners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role focused on testing and interface management.
• 5+ years of experience with managed file transfer systems and file transfer protocols.
• Proficiency in SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PGP, and AES encryption standards.
• Extensive knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and EPS.
• Experience in Interface Management and SAP EDI.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within managed file transfer systems.
• Strong documentation skills for tracking defects and test execution.
