Description

Lead design processes from initial client requirements through final installation and project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, space plans, and color schemes aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Generate accurate furniture plans, 3D models, and elevations using AutoCAD and/or Configura.
• Lead client tours, design charrettes, and showroom presentations to communicate design intent.
• Gather project dimensions, prepare base drawings, and manage furniture specifications and inventories.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple simultaneous projects with varying scopes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience developing creative design concepts and space plans.
• Ability to review RFP and bid specifications.
• Skill in creating elevations and 3D graphics.
• Knowledge of color schemes and material/finish selection.
• Experience with concept art and technical drawings.

• Any Graduate degree.
