Description

Lead the design and development of interior vehicle aggregates. Own the release of parametric CAD data and technical documentation while managing project resources against design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create parametric CAD data using UG/NX and develop 2D drawings and criteria sections.
• Execute design work incorporating DFMEA, PFMEA, DVPs, and DSAO methodologies.
• Optimize designs to meet weight, cost, and country-specific regulatory targets.
• Manage projects and resources according to design requirements (DRDs).
• Participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) review meetings and align with customer shift timings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in interior aggregate design and development.
• Proficiency in UG/NX for parametric CAD data creation.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and vehicle architecture.
• Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DVPs, and DSAO.
• Knowledge of materials and cost reduction methodologies.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
