Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for non-standard requests, translating abstract concepts into functional visual solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret customer needs to identify effective design solutions for complex or non-standard requests.
• Solve moderately complex design problems by conducting necessary analyses and applying professional techniques.
• Translate abstract concepts into functional design practice that meets specific client requirements.
• Coach and provide constructive feedback to less experienced team members to elevate overall output.
• Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously in a matrix organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Arts and design.
• 5+ years of experience working with professional design tools.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Web Design, and CRM tools.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to clarify, manage, and prioritize several deliverables under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
