Description

You will manage technical projects from scope definition through delivery to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for internal and vendor teams.
• Lead development teams and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, agency partners, and upper management.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope change requests.
• Oversee testing and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices before release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system or software solution development and delivery.
• Proven experience leading development teams to deliver software applications.
• Experience delivering large, complex data solutions.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, programming languages, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Ability to analyze project metrics and data for decision-making and process improvement.
• Competency in PMI, CMM, and Six Sigma methodologies and standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL, data modeling, or UI/UX design and development.
• Experience working with State or Federal Government.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
