  • Lead end-to-end testing across projects and releases; develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts; define testing scope, entry criteria, exit criteria, and quality metrics.
  • Execute and coordinate System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing support, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate workflows, calculations, business rules, interfaces, APIs, databases, third-party integrations, data integrity, and conformance to approved requirements and designs.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; facilitate defect triage; analyze root causes; verify fixes through retesting and regression testing.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and regression suites; identify automation and AI-assisted testing opportunities; support CI/CD integration.
  • Coordinate performance, load, stress, scalability, security, and compliance-related testing.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Operations teams, suppliers, and third-party implementation partners.
  • Provide status reports, quality metrics, risk assessments, release-readiness recommendations, and testing results; support audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Coach junior testers and QA analysts and promote standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

  • 5+ years of software quality assurance and application testing experience, including large-scale enterprise applications, Agile or hybrid delivery environments, Mainframe, and .NET.
  • Strong understanding of Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, API, Database, and Performance Testing and Defect Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with ALM / Quality Center or an equivalent testing tool, Jira, SQL and database validation, and API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, requirements interpretation, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

  • ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, or equivalent QA certification; experience with AI-assisted testing tools, automation frameworks, cloud modernization, legacy system replacement, or automotive services is preferred.

• If Supplier personnel are unable to complete the service period or performance does not meet Honda expectations, Supplier will endeavor to provide a suitable replacement, subject to Honda approval.
  • If Supplier cannot identify an acceptable replacement, the assignment will end for that individual, and Honda will remain liable for services performed before the assignment ended
