Description

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT staffing roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates using networking, internet tools, and cold calling.
• Conduct behavioral interviews via telephone and video conference.
• Pre-screen candidates through phone and in-person evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate feedback.
• Maintain job descriptions on various job boards and manage recruiting pipeline metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Knowledge of the contracting and sourcing market space.
• Experience managing multiple recruiting efforts through different pipeline stages.
• Ability to conduct in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques for both active and passive talent.
• Experience tracking recruiting metrics such as pipeline numbers and offer acceptance rates.
• Any graduate degree.
