Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for a product-based IT MNC.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical troubleshooting and user support tasks.
• Work within rotational shifts covering UK and US time zones.
• Complete a 6-month to 1-year internship period.
• Transition into a full-time employee role following successful internship completion.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong fundamental troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
• Degree in BSc Computer Science, BCA, MSc Computer Science, MCA, BE Computer Science, or BE EnTC.
• Graduation year of 2018 or later.
