Description

You will provide technical support for product-based IT services during a 6 to 12-month internship in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer technical issues and support tickets during assigned shifts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and case statuses.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and support skills.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• B/BTech in Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, or MCA/MSc Computer Science/BCA/BSc Computer Science.
• Graduation year 2018 or later.
• Availability for rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate to Pune or work from the Pune office.
• Fresher candidates with a clear academic record.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or software troubleshooting.
