Description

You will provide administrative support to Internal Audit Managing Directors and Audit Senior Managers across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

  • Support the division with audit report issuance and related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and contingent workers.
  • Manage office supply maintenance and logistical duties.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet division requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Internal Audit processes.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for administrative efficiency.
  • Proven ability in workload prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating across different divisions and regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Managing Directors or Senior Managers.
  • Familiarity with internal audit reporting workflows.
