You will provide administrative support to Internal Audit Managing Directors and Audit Senior Managers across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Support the division with audit report issuance and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and contingent workers.
- Manage office supply maintenance and logistical duties.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet division requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Internal Audit processes.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for administrative efficiency.
- Proven ability in workload prioritization.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across different divisions and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Managing Directors or Senior Managers.
- Familiarity with internal audit reporting workflows.
