Description

Oversee end-to-end governance of the Internal Cloud Platform release lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage release dependencies across engineering, operations, security, and product teams to ensure safe platform updates.
• Establish and enforce release standards, cadence, and readiness criteria for consistent enterprise-scale delivery.
• Coordinate release calendars, change windows, and automation workflows, integrating CI/CD pipeline outputs into production.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to minimize risk and maintain platform stability during release cycles.
• Operate within regulated environments, ensuring auditability and strict change controls.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience managing release lifecycles for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or shared services.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/SAFe tooling, and release tracking mechanisms for large backlogs.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated change promotion.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Proven expertise in release and change management within complex, multi-team environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices in regulated, high-stability environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale platform delivery backlogs.
• Background in coordinating cross-functional release calendars.
