You will provide technical support via voice channels for an international service desk.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical queries through voice-based communication.
• Manage service desk requests and troubleshooting tasks.
• Support international clients within a rotational shift environment.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Service Desk roles.
• Proven ability in Service Desk operations.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication skills for international voice processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Electronic City, Bengaluru.
• Availability to join immediately.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in negotiation and research-based problem solving.
