You will manage international customer calls and provide support within a voice process environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming international customer calls to resolve inquiries.
• Provide direct customer support and interaction.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
• Manage US process requirements as needed.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice process domain.
• Strong verbal communication skills for international interactions.
• Proven experience in customer service or customer support.
• Ability to handle customer interaction and problem-solving tasks.
• Proficiency in written communication.
• Experience working within a US process.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
