Description

Build healthcare applications and implement features within an Agile team, owning the design and implementation of data integrations using InterSystems HealthShare or IRIS between HIE partners and internal systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integrations using InterSystems HealthShare or IRIS.
• Develop XSLTs and DTLs to transform CCDA, FHIR, and HL7 messages to/from SDA format.
• Debug and resolve defects in InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS environments.
• Create technical specifications and design documents from business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads on code reviews and development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in InterSystems HealthShare UCR, IRIS database, and ObjectScript.
• Proficiency in XSLT development and creating DTL mappings from SDA.
• Experience with integration protocols: TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP, REST, and SOAP.
• Strong knowledge of CCDA, HL7, JSON, and XML messaging standards.
• Experience working within Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Experience using HealthShare Terminal sessions.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
