Description

You will architect and implement intranet solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Viva Connections dashboards, Viva Engage communities, and Viva Amplify campaigns.
• Develop custom components using SPFx SharePoint Framework and extend Viva experiences.
• Integrate Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform for advanced automation and analytics.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across all intranet solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver personalized employee experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Viva Suite (Connections, Engage, Amplify).
• Strong development background in SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Copilot Studio for conversational AI and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and PnP libraries.
• Experience utilizing the Graph API.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Cards and Microsoft Teams extensibility.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
