You will architect and implement intranet solutions using Microsoft Viva, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Viva Connections dashboards, Viva Engage communities, and Viva Amplify campaigns.
• Develop custom components using SPFx and extend Viva experiences.
• Integrate Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform for automation and analytics.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across all intranet solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver personalized employee experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Viva Suite (Connections, Engage, Amplify, Learning).
• Strong development background in SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Copilot Studio for conversational AI and automation.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and PnP libraries.
• Proficiency with the Graph API.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Cards and Microsoft Teams extensibility.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Search Syntex and AI-driven personalization.
