Key Skills: Microsoft Intune

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Deploy and manage Win32, Microsoft Store, and Microsoft 365 applications through Intune.
• Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
• Configure Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Implement security baselines, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint protection policies.
• Configure Windows Update Rings and Feature Updates.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, and application deployment issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and endpoint management.
• Monitor device compliance and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams for endpoint support and security compliance.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Intune administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MDM, and MAM.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and application deployment.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, BitLocker, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with Windows Update management.
• PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
