Description

Manage the lifecycle of software application packages within Microsoft Intune, ensuring reliable deployment and configuration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy application packages in Intune to satisfy business and user requirements.
• Manage Intune policies, including the Intune Management Extension (IME), to enforce configuration standards.
• Automate routine tasks and customize deployment workflows using PowerShell scripting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application configuration and deployment failures.
• Generate data-driven reports on application compliance and usage using Microsoft Graph and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT configuration management.
• Extensive experience administering Microsoft Intune, with deep knowledge of policy management.
• Proficiency in Intune application packaging and distribution.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and workflow customization.
• Ability to create and interpret reports using Microsoft Graph API and Power BI.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for complex deployment issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with state-level government organizations.
