Description

Own the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Workplace Services within the managed services model. You manage endpoint and device management platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery aligned to SLAs and client expectations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services, ensuring service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
• Design, configure, and optimize Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM policies, profiles, baselines, and deployment models.
• Establish and maintain service governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk management, and escalation management.
• Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.
• Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint-related incidents, problems, and service risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint management.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, OCI, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to drive collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, and Endpoint Engineering teams.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and Conditional Access policies.
