Description

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Microsoft Intune and mobile device management while owning daily MDM rollout operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic configuration and profile assignments within the Intune console.
• Manage desktop and helpdesk support requests as the MDM rollout expands.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Guide users on effectively using work mobile devices.

Required Skills

• 2 years of IT desktop, helpdesk, or customer service support experience.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
• Ability to manage console-based configurations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
