You manage and maintain enterprise devices, applications, and services, focusing on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Windows OS support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the MDM solution, ensuring enterprise device compliance and configuration.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain devices and applications within the enterprise environment.
• Onboard new users and provide ongoing support for corporate mobile devices.
• Resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems and enterprise services.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Proficiency in Windows operating system support and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
