Description

You will manage and account for all equipment, devices, and materials used in building and facility implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process and account for all equipment, devices, materials, and parts associated with building implementations.
• Coordinate directly with Distribution Center staff regarding pending orders.
• Perform semi-annual inventory assessments and submit reports to Security Management.
• Maintain safety stock requirements by tracking inbound and outbound material, including RMAs and security vendor issuances.
• Invoice all material upon arrival.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in inventory or material management.
• Experience with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes.
• Proficiency in accounting and reporting.
• Knowledge of security management and cyber-security contexts.
• Experience managing inventory levels by part number.
• Ability to define requirements for material movement and stock levels.
• Background in service work and building-related logistics.
