Description

You will design, build, and ship iOS applications while maintaining high performance and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize app performance and memory usage.
• Gather requirements and provide accurate project milestones and timelines.
• Suggest feature expansions to improve usability and app stability.
• Maintain open daily communication regarding progress and deadline changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development.
• Proficiency with Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with iOS frameworks including Core Data and Core Animation.
• Strong understanding of design patterns such as MVC and Singleton.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook, Dropbox, Twitter, Google Drive, Bluetooth, Keychain).
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning using Instruments or Shark.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and cloud message APIs/push notifications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
