Description

Lead the architectural direction and technical execution of native iOS applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to identify and implement technical solutions for business requirements.
• Design resilient, automated systems focused on reusability, reliability, and quality.
• Mentor team members and drive agile maturity through sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Manage production issue triage, prevention, and technical release management support.
• Conduct research and development for proofs of concept regarding new customer interaction ideas.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SwiftUI and Objective-C.
• Deep understanding of design patterns including MVP, MVC, and MVVM.
• Experience implementing testing frameworks using XCUItest and XCTest.
• Proficiency with Swift Packages and GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine.
• Experience working within Agile software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate with technical architects and cross-functional squad members.
