Lead the iOS development team in designing and architecting large-scale, scalable, and secure mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the iOS development team to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Mentor junior developers and manage team training to mitigate delivery risks.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and technology strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
• Proficiency with iOS Frameworks and Xcode.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and networking libraries.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and Apple interface guidelines.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Background in Modern Application Development and Visual Design.
