Description

You will own the development of iOS client code solutions that align with product strategy and engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing iOS applications using Swift and adhere to established design guidelines.
• Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver quality customer experiences.
• Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and Architects.
• Review pull requests, ensure adherence to Swift idioms, and mentor junior to mid-level team members.
• Identify technical obstacles early, share best practices, and actively participate in agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering (internships do not apply).
• At least 5 years of experience building iOS applications.
• At least 5 years of experience with Swift.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, QA, and Product.
• Ability to influence group discussions and incorporate feedback from the broader team.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile practices.
