You will lead mobile development efforts and mentor a team of mobile and full-stack engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mobile and full-stack developers to foster technical growth.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging.
• Drive decisions regarding product design, application functionality, and technical processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert across technical disciplines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Java, Kotlin, and Android Studio.
• Experience leading mobile technologists to solve complex technical problems.
• Practical experience with mobile application development environments.
• Knowledge of software applications, technical processes, and UX/end-user experience.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and mobile application deployment.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines such as cloud, AI, or ML.
