Description

Develop, improve, and release the Walmart iOS App.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve mobile software solutions for the iOS application.
• Participate in peer code reviews and collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers in an agile environment.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues on mobile devices.
• Provide mobile engineering support to the business.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building scalable e-commerce applications or mobile software.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Experience with Apple SDKs for iOS development.
• Experience using Git or GitHub for distributed source code version control.
• Expertise in design patterns, MVC, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with software debugging using debuggers, loggers, and crash report tools.
• Experience analyzing memory issues and leaks using Instruments.
• Experience with command line Xcode build tools for Continuous Integration.
• Experience with unit and integration testing for Objective-C code.
• Experience with embedded real-time systems with limited memory and processing resources.
• A published iOS application is required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
