Description

Responsibilities

•

Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI.

•

Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

•

Integrate iOS applications with AWS cloud services and APIs.

•

Develop and consume RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and real-time data integrations.

•

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using AWS services.

•

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

•

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

•

Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning.

•

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.

•

Publish and maintain applications in the Apple App Store.

Required Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

•Professional experience in native iOS development.

•

Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS SDK.

•

Experience with UIKit, SwiftUI, Auto Layout, and mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).

•

Hands-on experience integrating iOS applications with AWS Cloud Services, including:

Cognito

◦

S3

◦

DynamoDB

◦

CloudWatch

•

Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and JSON-based services.

•

Knowledge of mobile security best practices, encryption, and secure data storage.

•

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

•

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•

Experience with AWS Amplify.

•

Knowledge of GraphQL and AppSync.

•

Experience with Firebase or other mobile analytics platforms.

•

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

•

Experience implementing push notifications and background services.

•

AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect) is a plus.

•

Experience building applications in healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise environments
