Description

You will lead device development and testing efforts for iOS-based hardware, including phones, tablets, and wearables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements through collaboration with engineering, product management, and vendors.
• Evaluate emerging wireless technologies to identify technical challenges and opportunities.
• Analyze network and device logs to validate requirements and develop test cases.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful task completion.
• Monitor industry trends and wireless standards to align product development with best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in product development, requirement management, or certification testing.
• Deep understanding of wireless technologies including CDMA, LTE, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, Data Offload, and SA.
• Proficiency with 3GPP, PTCRB, GCF, and WiFi wireless standards.
• Strong knowledge of networking and IP communication concepts including TCP/UDP, IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Expertise in LTE/5G/IMS call flows.
• Hands-on experience with logging tools such as QXDM, QCAT, QPST, and Wireshark.
• Experience using lab test equipment including emulators and shield chambers.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for requirement and process management.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
