Description

You will provide 16x7 production support and maintenance for iOS applications within a global engineering group.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve iOS issues in production environments to ensure system stability.
• Maintain existing codebases and implement small application enhancements.
• Monitor app performance and reliability alongside senior engineers.
• Participate in incident resolution, documentation, and shift transitions.
• Contribute to a knowledge base of known issues and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience with Xcode and UIKit.
• Strong understanding of the MVVM pattern.
• Knowledge of Git for version control and App Store deployment processes.
• Ability to work a rotational or flexible schedule for 16x7 operations.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Experience with debugging tools and testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like New Relic or GCP Logs.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services including Cloud Functions, Firebase, and Pub/Sub.
• Previous experience in support, operational roles, or Agile/Scrum environments.
