Description

Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications across multiple versions of iOS and devices. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to implement new features and enhance existing functionality. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following Apple’s coding standards and best practices. Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services into the application. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Conduct unit testing and UI testing to ensure high-quality code. Monitor and resolve bugs and crashes reported by users or monitoring tools. Manage application updates, release cycles, and submissions to the App Store. Keep up-to-date with the latest iOS trends, technologies, and frameworks. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and JSON services into the application.
• Optimize app performance, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Manage App Store submissions and release cycles.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in iOS mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks: UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode and Git version control.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing and UI Testing frameworks (XCTest).
• Exposure to cloud-based services (Firebase, AWS).
