Description

Build and maintain iOS applications for iPhone and iPad, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications specifically for the iOS platform using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality and organization.
• Collaborate with engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Automate App Store publishing and manage release pipelines.
• Integrate with back-end systems using RESTful APIs and Firebase Database.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development.
• Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with Core Data, Firebase Database, offline storage, and threading.
• Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles, interface guidelines, and UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for back-end integration.
• Knowledge of 3rd party libraries and cloud message APIs for push notifications.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and memory tuning using Instruments or Shark.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
