Description

You will balance hands-on development with team management for an iOS team in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Write clean, modular code adhering to SOLID principles and established design patterns.
• Ensure application quality through rigorous unit testing, UI testing, and debugging.
• Lead and mentor a small team via code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage task delegation and project timelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and native iOS frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SOLID principles and architecture patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
• Hands-on experience with XCTest and XCUITest for comprehensive testing.
• Experience using CI/CD tools including Git, Fastlane, and Firebase.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and facilitate technical growth within the team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Background in debugging and performance optimization for mobile applications.
