Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced iOS Test Automation Architect to define automation strategies, design test frameworks, and drive end-to-end quality assurance for iOS applications using XCUITest, XCTest, and Swift.

Key Responsibilities

Define the overall test automation strategy, architecture, and roadmap for iOS applications.

Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks using XCUITest and Swift.

Lead UI, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

Establish test standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and quality metrics.

Identify automation opportunities, optimize test coverage, and reduce flaky tests.

Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines and enable continuous testing.

Drive test planning, risk assessment, defect analysis, and root-cause investigation.

Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to improve software quality.

Evaluate automation tools, reporting solutions, and test execution platforms.

Mentor automation engineers and provide technical leadership across testing initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in XCUITest, XCTest, Swift, and iOS application testing.

Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.

Strong understanding of test design, test strategy, risk-based testing, and STLC.

Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, test reporting, and defect management tools such as Jira.

Knowledge of API testing, backend validation, real-device testing, and parallel execution.

Excellent troubleshooting, architectural design, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and cloud-based device testing platforms.

Experience defining automation KPIs, quality gates, and continuous testing practices.

Experience leading QA teams and driving organization-wide automation initiatives
